Der Lydien Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut von Stéphane Regnault stammt zu 100 % aus Chardonnay. Der Basisjahrgang ist 2016. Der Wein zeigt die Eleganz des Grand Cru-Terroirs von Oger mit mineralischer Präzision und feiner Struktur.

Weinberg und Terroir

Die Trauben stammen aus der Parzelle Le Chemin de Flavigny in Oger – Grand Cru. Die Südlage besitzt einen leichten, grasbewachsenen Oberboden, einen kalkarmen Übergangshorizont und einen leicht gebrochenen, kompakten Kalkuntergrund. Dieses Terroir verleiht dem Wein Finesse und Tiefe.

Viticulture & Biodynamie

Die Arbeit im Weinberg folgt dem Mondzyklus und verzichtet vollständig auf synthetische Pestizide. Regnault setzt biodynamische Behandlungen mit Baldrian-, Brennnessel-, Schachtelhalm- und Schafgarbenextrakten ein, um die natürliche Balance von Reben und Boden zu fördern.

  • 40 % Ausbau im Holzfass
  • 40 % Ausbau im Edelstahltank

So that’s a plus and it’s easy to wash off. However, the glitter does not adhere or stay in place on dry skin. I’m assuming it’ll be great to spray on the body if you have some type of oil in for it to adhere too but haven’t tried it yet. Will update next weekend.
