Das Bufalo Extra Narrow Schinkenmesser ist perfekt, um mit wenig Kraftaufwand dünne Scheiben zu erhalten. Das Schneiden eines Schinkens mit einem professionellen Messer verbessert seine Eigenschaften wie Geschmack und Aroma!

Das extra schmale Schinkenmesser Bufalo ist ein in Italien hergestelltes Produkt, das in Maniago von Hand gefertigt wird.

Alle Bufalo-Messer werden genauen Kontrollen unterzogen, deren Ergebnis ein professionelles Messer ist, das strenge Anforderungen erfüllt:

  • Perfekte Schnittkanten für lange Lebensdauer

  • Leichtes Nachschärfen, Bruch- und Belastungsfestigkeit
  • Korrosionsbeständigkeit

Griffe

Die Griffe der Bufalo-Messer sind perfekt ergonomisch, ermöglichen einen sicheren Halt, sind aus thermoplastischem Gummi, ungiftig und säurebeständig und haben eine sehr hohe Bruchlast (ca. 270 kg pro cm2).
Sie können ohne Veränderungen oder Verformungen bis 115°C sterilisiert werden. Das Schinkenmesser Bufalo Extra Narrow kann in den unten abgebildeten Farben hergestellt werden.

Die Farbgebung der Griffe, für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des Messers, entspricht der HACCP-Norm:

  • Schwarzer Griff: Standard
  • Roter Griff: rotes Fleisch, rohes Fleisch
  • Gelber Griff: weißes Fleisch
