So kann man Fischstücke auch ohne Farce verbinden oder Abschnitte verbinden und weiterverwendend. Das ganze ist komplett geschmacksneutral und auch sehr wirtschaftlich. Zur Verwendung muss das Pulver in kaltem Wasser aufgelöst und anschliessend mit dem Fischfleisch in Kontakt gebracht werden. Anschliessend sollte man das ganze luftdicht und am besten unter Druck eine Nacht im Kühlschrank (am besten 0°C) einwirken lassen. Danach kann das Fleisch wir gewohnt verwendet werden. Informieren Sie sich bitte ausgiebig über den sicheren Gebrauch. Aber es ist Vorsicht geboten: Arbeiten Sie am besten mit Sicherheitsbrille, Handschuhen und Mundschutz um Reizungen zu vermeiden.

Do I love it? Yes. Is it well made? It certainly appears to be. Is the leather thick? Yes, I’d say definitely thick and sturdy. Do I like the color (Bootlegger Brown)? Of course I do, it’s gorgeous. It seems very well made. The corners are secured with black fasteners, which I think are going to better than the buttons in the long run that I’ve seen on others. It’s was this brand, or Hide and Drink for me. I went with these guys because it’s U.S. made, and hopefully American sourced leather. I bought the Large. My concern was that the XL might be too large for my nightstand. I measured it out and everything. However, I was not counting on the length and width to be measured from the end of the pinched corners, so I was a little disappointed about the size of the useable surface area. It’s not a big deal, but I wish that I’d have just spent the extra $5 and got the XL. If I we’re to get another, I definitely go with the XL unless you just want something on the smallish side, but still I suspect that they are larger that what most others are offering. At least these guys give you a choice of options.
