Der ESGE-Zerkleinerer ist mit allen ESGE-Zauberstäben® außer Modellen mit 350-Watt Leistung (Gastro und Maître) kompatibel und verwandelt Lebensmittel im Handumdrehen in streufähige Zutaten. Einfach die zu zerkleinernden Lebensmittel einfüllen, Deckel drauf und den ESGE-Zauberstab® aufsetzen. Den Zauberstab starten und im Nu steht feines Mahlgut zur Verfügung! Weil der Behälter transparent ist, hat man den Mahlgrad immer im Blick und kann stoppen, wenn die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.

Das zweiflügelige Edelstahlmesser zerkleinert alles ratzfatz und durch den unter dem Behälter angebrachten Gummiring hat der Zerkleinerer sicheren Stand, da verrutscht auch bei hoher Drehzahl nichts. Nach dem Einsatz wird das Messer ganz einfach zur Reinigung entnommen, bequemer geht’s nicht!
