Das Buffalo Ausbeinmesser hat eine scharfe, geformte und leicht gebogene Klinge, die perfekt zwischen Knochen und Fleisch gleitet.

Das professionelle schmale Ausbeinmesser wird von Metzgern und Köchen gewählt, weil es Ihnen ermöglicht, selbst die dünnen Knochen von Hähnchen, Geflügel, Pute und Kaninchen besser zu bearbeiten - Knochen, die leicht und gefährlich splittern, wenn Sie ein Messer von minderer Qualität verwenden.

Alle Bufalo-Messer werden genauen Kontrollen unterzogen, deren Ergebnis ein professionelles Messer ist, das strenge Anforderungen erfüllt:

  • Perfekte Schnittkanten für lange Lebensdauer
  • Elastizität
  • Leichtes Nachschärfen, Bruch- und Belastungsfestigkeit

Griffe

Die Griffe der Bufalo-Messer sind perfekt ergonomisch, ermöglichen einen sicheren Halt, sind aus thermoplastischem Gummi, ungiftig und säurebeständig und haben eine sehr hohe Bruchlast (ca. 270 kg pro cm2).
Sie können ohne Veränderungen oder Verformungen bis 115°C sterilisiert werden. Das Buffalo Narrow Boning Knife kann in den unten gezeigten Farben hergestellt werden.

Die Farbgebung der Griffe, für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des Messers, entspricht der HACCP-Norm:

  • Schwarzer Griff: Standard
  • Roter Griff: rotes Fleisch, rohes Fleisch
  • Gelber Griff: weißes Fleisch

Purchased a size large for a man 5’6 175 lbs with a small belly so peacoat double breasted look - looks great! Lining is standard and the grey color is very appealing. This is soft feeling coat made to look like wool without the heavy rougher wool feel. Only issue is that the coat comes packaged in a small bag and so when you open it the coat it totally wrinkled. You can knock out the wrinkles in the dryer with a wrinkle release dryer sheet or use a garment steamer but honestly the dryer trick is the key.
