Geschichte
 Viele Design-Projekte von Arne Jacobsen orientierten sich stark an organischen Formen. Jacobsen entwickelte hieraus, an die Formensprache abstrakter Kunst erinnernde Objekte, die sich durch eine prägnante und klare Gestalt auszeichneten.
Einen Grund für diese Akzentsetzung im Designbereich dürfte Jacobsens Naturverbundenheit gespielt haben: Jacobsen war passionierter Botaniker.
Populär wurden mehrere seiner Sitzmöbel, die ab 1950 entstanden. Diese tragen Namen wie Die Ameise, Das Ei, Der Schwan, Grand Prix oder Serie 7. Letzterer ist der meistverkaufte Stuhl aller Zeiten. Seine Sitzmöbel wurden alle zusammen mit der Firma Fritz Hansen entwickelt, die diese bis heute produziert.

Great quality - this is a medium weight coat. Perfect as a car coat but too thin for cold winter days if you had to be outside for long periods of time. The fit is just perfect. Purchased a size large for a man 5’6 175 lbs with a small belly so peacoat double breasted look - looks great! Lining is standard and the grey color is very appealing. This is soft feeling coat made to look like wool without the heavy rougher wool feel. Only issue is that the coat comes packaged in a small bag and so when you open it the coat it totally wrinkled. You can knock out the wrinkles in the dryer with a wrinkle release dryer sheet or use a garment steamer but honestly the dryer trick is the key.
