- Serviertemperatur: 16° bis 18°C
- Vinifikation / Ausbau: Nach dem Abbeeren und einer sanften Kelterung wurden alle Sorten separat verarbeitet. Gärung und Mazeration erfolgten ca. 20 bis 25 Tage in Stahltanks bei geregelter Temperatur nicht über 28° C. Die Hälfte des Weins wurde dann in gebrauchte 225 l-Barriques aus französischem und ungarischem Eichenholz gefüllt, in denen die malolaktische Gärung abgeschlossen wurde und in denen anschliessend der Ausbau erfolgte. Die anderen 50% Wein wurden in Edelstahltanks ausgebaut. Anschliessend erfolgten Assemblage und Abfüllung in die Flaschen.

The perfect jean for the "in between tween"

As a parent, one of my top priorities is ensuring that my daughter feels confident and comfortable in her own skin, especially as she navigates the challenging world of growing up.
