Das Costa Tonda Bufalo Scanno Knife ist das ideale professionelle Metzgermesser zum Enthäuten von Schweinefleisch: Das Fleisch wird mühelos und präzise geschnitten.
Die runde Rippe, die besondere Elastizität und die scharfe Klinge des Bufalo Scanno Costa Tonda Messers garantieren einen minimalen Abfall und eine hervorragende Durchdringung.

Wie wird der Schinken gehäutet?

Der Schinken wird in den speziellen Schraubstock gelegt, um ihn an Ort und Stelle zu halten, dann wird die Schwarte mit dem Messer entfernt – wobei darauf geachtet wird, nicht über das Notwendige hinaus zu schneiden, um den Schinken optimal zu konservieren.

Alle Bufalo-Messer werden genauen Kontrollen unterzogen, deren Ergebnis ein professionelles Messer ist, das strenge Anforderungen erfüllt:

  • Optimale Härte
  • Perfekte Schnittkanten für lange Lebensdauer
  • Elastizität
  • Leichtes Nachschärfen, Bruch- und Belastungsfestigkeit
  • Korrosionsbeständigkeit

Griffe

Die Griffe der Bufalo-Messer sind perfekt ergonomisch, ermöglichen einen sicheren Halt, sind aus thermoplastischem Gummi, ungiftig und säurebeständig und haben eine sehr hohe Bruchlast (ca. 270 kg pro cm2).
Sie können ohne Veränderungen oder Verformungen bis 115°C sterilisiert werden. Das Scanno Costa Tonda Büffelmesser kann in den unten gezeigten Farben hergestellt werden.

Die Farbgebung der Griffe, für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des Messers, entspricht der HACCP-Norm:

  • Schwarzer Griff: Standard
  • Roter Griff: rotes Fleisch, rohes Fleisch
  • Gelber Griff: weißes Fleisch
