Der DONIC BlueGrip hat eine klebrige Oberfläche nach chinesischer Art und dazu einen Schwamm mit mächtiger Katapultwirkung und enormer Dynamik, wie man sie nur von Belägen aus Japan und Deutschland kennt. Doch diese Dynamik wurde jetzt noch deutlich gesteigert. Mit dem 60° harten Schwamm der Version C1 beschreibt der Ball beim Topspin einen noch stärkeren Bogen und bekommt noch mehr Speed, der C2 hat einen etwas weicheren Schwamm und zudem feine Unterschiede in der Noppengeometrie, die das weichere Spielgefühl zusätzlich unterstützen.
