In this exciting bootcamp, junior chefs will learn simple baking skills, practice teamwork, and build confidence—while getting their hands delightfully messy (the good kind 😄).

🍭 What’s on the menu?

🧁 Confetti Cupcakes
Fluffy vanilla cupcakes filled with rainbow sprinkles and topped with creamy, dreamy cream cheese frosting!

🍪🍫 Brookies
Is it a brownie? Is it a cookie? It’s BOTH! A chocolatey, chewy treat kids absolutely love.

🌭 Hot Dog Buns
Wrap, roll, and bake! Kids will shape soft dough around a hot dog and watch it turn golden and delicious.

Learning points:

• How to mix dough using stand mixer (pair work).

• Learn about basic fermentation and proofing time

• How to weigh and shape dough

• How to make Confetti Cupcake batter (pair work)
  

• Cream Cheese Icing (Demo), how to pipe on cupcakes

• Baking temperature and duration

• Storage instructions

Duration: 4.5 hours

Type: Baking Hands-on

Take-Home Portion: Each particpant will bring home 4pcs Cupcakes, 5-6pcs Brookies, 5-6pcs Hotdog Buns

This class will be conducted in English only. 

Equipment, tools, ingredients, apron and boxes will be provided. 

Bring a pen for taking notes. 

Participants may have to work in groups depending on class recipe.

Dress in comfortable attire and wear toe covered shoes for protection.
