Organic farming. The grapes were direct pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank using all native yeasts. Aged for 10 months in a combination of neutral, French oak (75%) and stainless steel (25%).
Aromas of lemon zest, orchard fruit and a slightly herbal character. Fresh and bright with mineral and saline flavors, and a core of acidity.
