Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 2.4-4 ml (72-120 drops) 1-3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
If
using Valerian primarily as a sleep aid, the full daily dose of 2.4-12
ml (72-360 drops) can be taken from 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
Take an additional dose of 2.4-12 ml earlier in the evening if
necessary.
Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) 250 mg QCE (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Grain alcohol, Distilled water
Cautions and Warnings: Consumption
with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative
properties is not recommended. Exercise caution if operating heavy
machinery or driving a motor vehicle within 2 hours of consumption.
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or
breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness
persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if
symptoms worsen or persist.

Dare to believe and be encouraged.

This book has increased my faith, and I believe every word written in this book as my spirit bears witness to these writings. All I think about now is visiting heaven, and being able to speak to the saints. The word says we will do the works that Jesus did, and I use to think just about healing, but Jesus did so much more. He raised the dead, walked on water, walked through walls. It's time to think out of the box and into the supernatural.
