You twist and tear off the capsule head and drink the contents. Throw the capsule into the trash after drinking the contents.
INGREDIENTS:
- shell: gelatin,
- linseed oil,
- a mixture of tocotrienol and tocopherol (vitamin E),
- humectant: glycerol
- menaquinone (vitamin K2 MK-7),
- cholecalciferol (vitamin D3)
- retinyl palmitate (vitamin A)
- dye (iron oxides and hydroxides)
Nutrients per daily portion (1 capsule):
- Vitamin A 300 µg (37.50% *),
- Vitamin D (cholecalciferol from lanolin) 50 µg (1000% *),
- Vitamin E 10 mg (83.33% *),
- Vitamin K (K2 MK-7), 50 µg (66.66% *).
* NRV: daily reference intake value for adults.
RECOMMENDED PORTION FOR CONSUMPTION DURING THE DAY: 1 capsule a day after a meal. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
WARNING: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. The product cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Consult your doctor if you are taking anticoagulant medications. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25- (OH) D blood test and consult your doctor or pharmacist for the results.

The version under the name ADEK Plus is characterized by the fact that it contains a mixture of tocopherols and tocotrienols (alpha, beta, gamma and delta) which make up natural vitamin E.
As is known, tocotrienols exhibit special biological activity. For this reason, ADEK Plus contains 22% tocopherols and 78% tocotrienols.
ADEK Plus twist-off is a product in capsules with a peel-off head, not in drops, to completely remove the risk of possible loss of vitamin K2, the content of which may drop to zero in some cases.
