Photo of the serial number on the base of the MB machine. Did you purchase it more than 30 days ago? You will need to contact MB first. Call Magical Butter on 0061 1800 420 420 and advise: 1. What the problem is. 2. Which Cosmic store you purchased it from. 3. Photo of the serial number on the base of the MB machine. Magical Butter will confirm the return and then you can pick up a replacement from Cosmic.
