This 16" Beauty Dish Kit for Speedlights and VC/VS-VSD Monolights was put together by B&H to allow photographers to use this unique light shaper with a shoe mount speedlight or an Impact flash head. The Impact 16" Beauty Dish offers a bridge between softboxes and umbrellas that yields a soft but crisp light with snappy contrast and a textural quality that flatters makeup on models and accentuates character in portraiture subjects. The secret is a built-in deflector that bounces the flash's direct output backwards, filling the shallow dish and casting a wide beam of soft light forward. The Beauty Dish fits most major brands with the separate purchase of an adapter.

The aluminum alloy Impact Adapter for the Beauty Dish mounts quickly and securely onto Impact VC/VS-VSD monolights, allowing you to use the kit's 16" reflector, as well optional 20", 22" and 27" Impact Beauty Dishes. With its Bowens S-type design, the adapter also fits Calumet Travelite, Bowens, Cowboy, Interfit Stellar, JTL, Photoflex, Rime Lite and Westcott Photo Basics flash heads.
