Description

Four&Sons is both a print and online publication where dogs and culture collide. Chronicling the work of interesting people and their interesting dogs, Four&Sons is a guided tour through the worlds of art, photography, music, literature—even maths—as inspired by man’s best friend.

Content

In this issue we go behind the scenes of Wes Anderson’s Isle of Dogs, a movie fuelled by dopamine, alpha dogs, and a vast crew of artisans and animators. We hang with a pack of trippy-looking poodles created by artist Susumu Kamijo. We find five mutts who changed history by injecting their human counterparts with a good dose of serotonin. There is plenty of oxytocin going around, too. We celebrate Sulek’s photography of rescued Spanish galgos, Jo Longshurst’s abstract twist on pet portraiture, and Ho Hai Tran’s love of stripes and spots. We travel to Berlin, Toronto, London, and upstate New York to meet creative types whose bonds with their four-legged mates are as heartfelt as they are intoxicating. We ask five foodies to fess up about dog snacks and guilty pleasures that feed body and soul, and we embrace illustrator Apolline Muet’s bear hugs between humans and animals. All this, and more, inside the covers.

Great Charcoal Soap – I Really Like It!
Scent: Ocean, Scent: Ocean
I’m honestly surprised how much I like this charcoal soap. The packaging was clean and professional, and all four bars came in perfect condition. Each bar is a good size, and it feels like it will last a long time. The scent is fresh and not overpowering, and the soap gives a nice deep-clean feeling without drying out my skin. I like that it has ingredients like peppermint, sea salt, and shea butter — it actually feels refreshing after a shower. The mesh bag they include is also really useful for getting more lather and keeping the soap from melting too fast. Overall, this is a solid charcoal soap set. Good quality, good fragrance, and worth the price. I’m happy with it and will definitely keep using it!

Good soap with a few details
Scent: Lemon, Scent: Lemon
I've been using this soap for several weeks now, and it's worked well for cleaning without drying out my skin. The foam is abundant and has a natural aroma, not strong at all. I like that it includes ingredients like turmeric and shea butter because my skin feels softer. The only thing I noticed is that from the pigment, it can leave a slight yellow mark on sponges or cloths if they are not rinsed thoroughly, and the size of the stick is smaller than it looks in the photo. Overall, it is a good natural choice for those looking for a different and gentle soap for daily use.
