I do understand things happen and sometimes we must request items at the last minute. However, all custom orders will process at standard timeframe unless you are requesting a rush order. Not as small as described

Was disappointed with this product , as the reason for me ordering this product was so that I could gift to my little 6pound yorkie in an Easter basket , considering that my pet preference is SMALL balls and these were pretty much an average size ball. So she didn’t get much enjoyment out of them. Price was very fair , but money wasted overall because she doesn’t play with them.
