Sốt ướp bulgogi heo cay Maru là một loại sốt ướp thịt nướng pha sẵn với đầy đủ hương vị cần có cho một bàn tiệc BBQ thịnh soạn, chỉ cần ướp và nướng là có ngay món ăn thơm lừng chiêu đãi gia đình và bạn bè.

Sốt được nghiên cứu phát triển dựa trên hương vị món bulgogi heo cay nổi tiếng Hàn Quốc và làm từ các thành phần nguyên liệu và gia vị chọn lọc kĩ như tương ớt, nước tương, giấm táo, sinh tố táo, dầu mè, đường, tỏi, nước sốt capsaicin cay, gừng, tiêu,..trộn đều với nhau theo tỉ lệ vàng, mang đến hương vị cân bằng.

Sốt có màu đỏ sậm với độ sệt lỏng vừa phải, hương vị thơm cay, mặn ngọt hài hòa. Chỉ cần ướp sốt với thịt khoảng 15 phút cho ngấm gia vị là có thể chế biến món ăn theo ý thích. Thích hợp dùng để làm thịt nướng bulgogi ăn với tương chấm ssamjang và lá mè, bulgogi pasta, thịt xào kim chi, miến xào thịt nấm,…

Sản phẩm được đóng dạng hũ thủy tinh với qui cách 280g dùng để ướp, kho, xào đến khoảng 1.2kg thịt.

Thành phần: Tương ớt, nước tương, đường, high fructose corn syrup, maltose syrup, hành tây, rượu, giấm táo, sinh tố táo, dầu mè, nước, tỏi, muối, chất điều vị (621, 635), chiết xuất ớt, bột tỏi, bột ớt, nước sốt capsaicin cay, bột gừng, bột tiêu, bột năng, chất bảo quản (211), chất làm dày (415).

Bảo quản: Nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát và tránh ánh nắng mặt trời. Bảo quản lạnh sau khi mở nắp

Hướng dẫn sử dụng: Dùng để chế biến các món nướng, chiên, xào, ram, kho... Lắc đều trước khi sử dụng.

  • Bước 1: Ướp với tỉ lệ 80g sốt cho 350g thịt (1 chai sốt ướp với 1.2kg thịt) trong 15 phút
  • Bước 2: Sử dụng thịt đã ướp chế biến các món ăn mong muốn. Không cần thêm gia vị khác
