S- fits 12"-15" neck

Care Instructions:
These products are made with green cotton fabric and Cinco de Mayo design with heat transfer vinyl with red pom trim
They should be hand washed cold and left to air dry for best results.
Shop owner is not responsible for products that have not been washed properly.
