Dầu ô liu Extra Virgin Ajinnomoto là một sản phẩm của J-Oil Mills (JOYL), một trong top các thương hiệu uy tín chuyên sản xuất các loại dầu nấu ăn lành mạnh tại Nhật Bản, cam kết mang đến dầu olive có chất lượng tinh tế và an toàn cho người dùng.

Đây là loại dầu ô liu nguyên chất được sản xuất tại Tây Ban Nha và ép từ những trái ô liu tươi sau khi thu hoạch bằng phương pháp ép lạnh và lấy từ lần ép đầu tiên. Có độ axit nghiêm ngặt từ 0.3% trở xuống, vượt qua tiêu chuẩn của IOC (Hội đồng Olive quốc tế) dành cho dầu oliu siêu nguyên chất là có độ axit từ 0.8% trở xuống.

Sau đó vận chuyển đến Nhật Bản tiến hành chiết rót và đóng gói. Để đảm bảo giữ nguyên hương vị tươi và chất lượng, dầu olive được đựng trong các thùng kín chứa đầy khí nitơ nhằm tránh tiếp xúc với ánh sáng và không khí.

Dầu ô liu có mùi thơm, hương vị nhẹ nhàng và độc đáo, được sử dụng như một chất tăng cường hương vị trong nấu ăn. Có thể dùng làm nước xốt cho các món thịt cá hoặc sốt trộn salad, rưới lên các món ăn đã nấu chín hoặc cho vào sau cùng khi chế biến như trứng chiên, rau củ xào,...

Với những món quay, nướng, chỉ cần phết một ít dầu oliu lên bề mặt thì khi vừa chín, sẽ giúp làm tăng thêm hương vị và tạo độ bóng bẩy hấp dẫn cho món ăn. Hay các món ăn nóng như súp, mì ống,…thì khi thêm vài giọt dầu ô liu vào trước khi ăn sẽ càng làm lan tỏa ra mùi thơm và giúp có kếu cấu mềm mượt hơn.

Ngoài ra, dầu ô liu nguyên chất còn được ứng dụng trong một số công thức bánh ngọt để thay thế cho bơ mang đến những chiếc bánh có hương vị phong phú, hay thêm vào món kem gelato tạo nên một sự kết hợp đặc biệt đầy thú vị!

A great lightweight hoodie.

Another excellent M MAELREG product. I already have some pants and jackets from M MAELREG and figured this hoodie would be great as well and I was right. It is lightweight and very comfortable while also being warm. The material is smooth and soft to the touch with a stylish look to it that would work in tthe gym, on the golf course, or out about town. I really love the hood design, not having a single hem down the center lets the hood rest more naturally on your head. It fits as expected, I would prefer it to be a couple inches longer, but that's just my personal taste. Overall, this is an excellent lightweight hoodie.
