Overview
The DEKS dark grey Fast Flash FFR5-370AG fully adhesive roof flashing roll is a lead-free waterproofing solution used to seal joints, roof-to-wall connections, drainpipe interfaces, or other areas that require water-resistant coverage. The product is suitable for various roof types such as metal, tile, polycarbonate, concrete, glass, and polished wood.
The DEKS roof flashing roll measures 370 mm width by 5 m length and is made from polymer rubber reinforced with aluminium mesh, allowing it to conform closely to roof surfaces with a minimum roof pitch angle of 5°.
Being a fully adhesive base enables quick installation without the need for sealants or mechanical fixings with approximately 50% less time than traditional lead or metal-based flashings while maintaining stable waterproof performance.
All DEKS Fast Flash adhesive roof flashing rolls are made in Denmark and are lead-free to ensure rainwater collection safety for domestic uses free from lead contamination. The DEKS Fast Flash fully adhesive roof flashing ranges are available in red, grey, black, and dark grey colours and in 280/370/560 mm widths.
