The selected recipe contains high doses of magnesium, which the body cannot produce itself. *The mineral magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nerve function and to the maintenance of normal bones. In addition, vitamins B1, B2, niacin, B6 and biotin support energy metabolism. Folic acid and vitamins B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid supports the maintenance of normal mental performance.

How to use:
Take 1 tablet once daily with plenty of liquid. The daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.
