The FABP5 (Fatty Acid Binding Protein 5, Epidermal) ELISA Kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human FABP5. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Human FABP5. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Human FABP5, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Human FABP5 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

They prevent leaks, and fit great!
We have always used Huggies diapers for our babies and young toddlers because they were the only ones that never leaked or caused a rash. My second daughter was fully potty trained at 2.5 years old and never needed pull-ups. However, our third daughter, who also trained at 2.5 years old, digressed with her nighttime potty training due to instability - we moved twice within the first 6 weeks after she potty trained. So we had to get pull-ups for her to wear at night. Obviously since we loved Huggies diapers, we tried Huggies Pull-Ups, and again, they did not disappoint! They never leak, even on nights when she doesn't get up to go at all, and has lots of pee, and they have never caused a rash either, no matter how full. She's been using them for 1.5 years, at night, and we have never had any issues. They are dependable: decently comfortable to the child, do not cause rashes, fit properly with the ability to adjust at the thigh (if needed), and they prevent leaks! I highly recommend them!
