Shop-quality two-piece tool gently pulls arm using the spindle threads and outer crankarm threads.To use, remove crank bolt and super-thin steel washer and thread in the smaller round piece into the BB30 spindle using an 8mm hex wrench. Then hand thread the bigger piece into clean outer crank threads until it bottoms out on the arm. Be sure the inner piece is not touching yet. Snug the outer piece using a box wrench. Using your 8mm wrench, slowly start to unthread the small piece until it starts pulling the arm off of the spindle. After the arm comes off, remove the little tool pieces and you're done!
Kit includes a two-piece Hollowgram crank extraction tool. You will need your own 8mm hex wrench to remove crankarms.

Comfortable casual shorts for summer wear.

Slightly shiny material with a non neutral khaki color

I ordered these for my husband as nice looking shorts that would be casual and comfy. The Large fit his 35" waist ok, a slightly baggy around the crotch. The material is lightweight and they are decent quality for the price. We were both not a fan of the slightly shiny sheen of the material and the khaki color is not a neutral khaki, it is more peach or coral undertoned. He was wearing a garment washed coral pink tone T-shirt when he tried these on and it clashed horribly. Might have looked better with a black or dark shirt but just not an easy khaki that goes with everything unfortunately. Because of the sheen and color he probably won't wear them and we will just donate.

Order larger than they suggest.
Size: XX-Large, Color: Black
Do not listen to size suggestions. These are sized in China. Everything runs much smaller than what they are claiming. Amazons suggestions do not take this into account. They also don't feel like twill, maybe some kind of nylon woven like twill? Not sure.
