About the Author
A former picky eater herself, Robin Hensch, RDN, wanted to write books that teach nutrition-related topics to children. Growing up, she didn’t really have any nutrition education under high school. And that education was only “fast food bad”. Now she knows nutrition education is much more than that, and she wants to share these lessons with children in a fun way.
