ATGBICS Avago Broadcom® Compatible AFCT-57D3ANMZ-H2 SFP+ 10GBase-LR form factor network transceiver supports a distance of up to 25km over single-mode fibre (SMF) using a wavelength of 1310nm via an LC Duplex connector. This product operates within an extended temperature range. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support is also present enabling real-time monitoring of the parameters of the fibre optic transceiver.

Used for cable management. It's really good for bundling cat5 and cat6. But I doubt it would be very good for towing a truck. Maybe use rope or a chain... I don't know I'm not a cop.
