The differential is designed as an Automatic Torque Biasing style diff. This is now the Third and final production version of this system, we have had the V1 V2 style setup at Taylor RC for over a year behind the scenes for testing and feedback! A lot of effort has gone in from the guys at Beast in China to improve it to this stage.
New from Beast RC is a completely revolutionary drive system for the HPI Baja (with extended arms) and Outlaw Hybrid. The differential is designed as an Automatic Torque Biasing style diff. This is now the Third and final production version of this system, we have had the V1/V2 style setup at Taylor RC for over a year behind the scenes for testing and feedback! A lot of effort has gone in from the guys at Beast in China to improve it to this stage.
NB: Assembly is required, and customers MUST use Quality Grease on all diff parts when building.
- Safe, progressive and seamless in action, this Automatic Torque Biasing differential never fully ‘locks’, it just delivers more power to the tire with the highest grip level at any given time.
- Controlled power is transmitted to both driven wheels, to maximize traction and minimize wheelspin, particularly in slippery conditions.
- Greatly reduces unwanted torque steer, understeer or oversteer when hitting the throttle hard!
- Reduces tire wear by automatically moving the power between tires with the least and most grip as you drive.
- Gear operated with no service components to replace, just ensure the gears are well greased for long life.
- Direct replacement for factory standard ‘open’ differential unit
- Fully tested on the ALX 100cc twin for durability!!
Oversized cups and 7mm drive pins send power to the wheels while remaining incredibly durable allowing this setup to be used with even the most powerful engines. These pins are made to match the ALX style, so you can replace them with ALX ones for long term servicing.
