For many people, the original Volcano Classic was the vaporizer it all started with. Its purity, precision and vapour quality are unrivalled, which is why it&s still going strong after all these years. Even so, Storz & Bickel decided that it was time for an upgrade. By introducing the Volcano Hybrid home vaporizer, they now offer a vaporizer that will set the standard for the coming decade.

Why is it called the Volcano Hybrid?

The answer is balloon or tube - two delivery systems in one. Hybrid means combining different elements in one. With this new version, you can have a vaping experience in two different ways.

First, there is the classic way of filling balloons. The generated vapour is collected in the balloon. Once the valve balloon is filled, it can be detached and separated from the Volcano Hybrid. The content may be inhaled at ease, completely separated from the vaporization process: it&s comfortable, safe and social.

The big addition is the alternative inhalation method through a rotatable tube system. You can now directly vape from the Volcano Hybrid desktop vaporizer using a whip. Just heat the device and start inhaling without using the air pump. Enjoy pure vapour with minimal airflow resistance in a superb continuous vaping session.

Filling chamber and can I vape concentrates and liquids with the Volcano Hybrid?

The Hybrid comes with a locking system for the filling chamber. The chamber locks tightly with a simple twist and stays there until you want to unlock it.

The Volcano can be used with dry herbs, solid concentrates and liquids. The filling chamber can be filled up to 0,5 gram of dry herbs. If you vape concentrate, crumble the concentrate into smaller particles, and use the drip pads as well as a higher temperature. With the Drip Pad you can also vape oils / liquids.
For smaller loads like 0,1 gram you can use the S&B dosing capsules (which are also suitable for Mighty and Crafty+) but you will also need a chamber reducer.

Temperature - What temperature for the Volcano Hybrid?

Explore the full flavour spectrum of your dry herb with precise temperature control that ranges from 40°C to 230°C. The LED displays real-time feedback as it climbs to your chosen temperature. The Hybrid is equipped with convenient app compatibility that lets you easily manage your sessions from your phone.

Talking about heating, an improved double heat exchanger results in faster heat up time. The Hybrid will be ready for use in 40 seconds.

User-Friendly:

The Hybrid offers a digital display and touchscreen, which makes the Hybrid extremely user-friendly, especially when it comes to locking-in your preferred temperature with pinpoint precision.
