成份：嚴選大燕麥片、糖、芥花油、穀豆粉(燕麥、小麥、大麥、紅扁豆、黑糯米、小米、黃豆、青仁黑豆、綠豆、蕎麥)、南瓜子、玉米來源可溶性纖維、菊苣纖維、抹茶粉、奇亞籽、食鹽(含碘)

【食用方式】
