Unique Blend had two Eastbound releases, one of which was the rare soul dancefloor hit 'Yes I'm In Love'. 'Gonna Spread The News' was unissued at the time but is at least as catchy and danceable for lovers of the Toledo group. This is it's first time as a 45. The flip is from the same Detroit source and is the more famous Detroit Emeralds with lead singer Abe Tilmon featured. It has that chugging, toe-tapping beat so beloved by Emeralds fans and, like the Unique Blend, is on vinyl for the first time.

This book is for everyone
Format: Kindle
Wealth of information wonderful advice to implement into your trusts and protect your assets. Chapter 2 was most helpful. This chapter covers many different trusts some I have never heard of . The chapter starts off with a quote “ You have to make sure that your assets and your back are protected before you make any big decisions.” Adam Rich.
This chapter explains what a trust is. The trust involves three key roles. The grantor, the trustee and the beneficiary. Covers pro and cons of setting up a trust. Explains about revocable and irrevocable trusts. Two trusts that caught my interest are special needs trusts and Medicaid trusts very interesting reads. So much more I only touch on a little. Very good read very informative.
