You’ll be pleased to discover that these gates can expand to accommodate spaces ranging from 29½ to 38 inches wide. For wider entryways, additional extensions are available for purchase, allowing a maximum width of 54 inches. The one-handed, safe and secure spring-loaded latch makes operating the 19-inch-wide door effortless. Plus, the door swings both ways for added convenience. Just slide the latch release back, lift, and open.
Putting these gates together is straightforward. You won’t need any tools unless you opt for the mounting cups, which will require a Phillips screwdriver. As an added bonus, our Steel Pet Gates are incredibly easy to clean. Just wipe them down with a cloth and a mild, pet-friendly cleaner.
