Kettle System
Features a seamless deep-drawn 304 stainless steel kettle liner with an integrally formed radius lip and 304 stainless steel draw-off tube and welds for robust and hygienic operation.
2/3 Jacketed Kettle
Constructed with a 304L stainless steel kettle jacket that covers 2/3 of the kettle, providing efficient and even heat distribution to prevent scorching.
Kettle Protection System
Includes thermostat temperature control (150°F - 260°F), a pressure relief valve, air eliminator valve, pressure gauge, jacket-water fill, automatic low water cut-off with indicator light, and field replaceable heating elements for safe and reliable operation.
Full Body Insulation
The space between the kettle jacket and outer casing is fully insulated, enhancing safety by keeping the exterior cool and improving energy efficiency.
Durable Exterior
The outer casing and control console are made from 304 stainless steel, seam welded to the radius lip, ensuring a long-lasting and easy-to-clean exterior.
Actuator-Assisted Domed Cover
Equipped with a one-piece 304 stainless steel domed cover that is actuator-assisted, making it easy and safe to open and close, especially on larger models like the 60-gallon kettle.
2" Compression Draw-Off Valve
Standard with a 2-inch compression draw-off valve made of 304 stainless steel, facilitating easy and efficient product dispensing.
