Built for high-volume kitchens, this modular flake ice machine combines remote air-cooled performance, Advanced CleanCycle24™ cleaning, and stainless steel durability.
- Remote air-cooled modular flake ice machine; remote condenser is sold separately.
- Produces up to 1,532 lb. of ice per 24 hours at 70°F/50°F, with AHRI certified output of 1,181 lb. per 24 hours at 90°F/70°F.
- Advanced CleanCycle24™ helps remove sediment with a 2-second flush cycle every hour.
- Stainless steel exterior and stainless steel auger with greaseless bearing support long-term durability.
- Infrared bin control helps improve reliability and simplify cleaning.
- Ice machine must be hard-wired at the installation site; remote condenser power is supplied from the ice maker.
- Compatible bin and line set options are available separately for a complete installation.
