The Human NKA (Neurokinin A) ELISA Kit measures NKA in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Competitive-ELISA detection method and takes 2h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with NKA. NKA in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of biotin-labeled NKA for sites on a pre-coated antibody specific to NKA. Free components are washed off. After adding HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC), biotin specifically binds with streptavidin to form immune complexes. Wash off unbound conjugate. Add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Compare OD450 value of sample with the standard curve through curve fitting software to determine the concentration of NKA in the sample. The concentration of the target substance is inversely proportional to the OD450 value.

I received the black patent leather shoes today and they are so cute! Sadly I need to return them because they are cut way too small. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 on dress shoes so I ordered the 8. They are so tight across the top that it's uncomfortable as soon as I put them on. They are smaller than a normal size 8 dress shoe. The big toe area is extremely uncomfortable because it doesn't allow any room for it at all, so my big toe just presses against the side and end of the shoe without even walking in them. I have very narrow feet and these still are too small for me. So I am returning them and I already ordered a 8.5 W and hope that will fit much better. The patent leather is very cute and adds just enough dressy that I can wear them with slacks or my Capri jeans. I like the slip on and the cushion foot bed because it feels soft.
