Thursday, March 19th - 1pm-8pm (1 hour break included)

In this class I will teach you how to pull up loops and turn them into a piece that you can use as a wall hanging, part of a pillow, or a hot pad. What’s Included in the class: • A high-quality linen backing • A selection of patterns for you to choose from - or you can draw your own • A rug hooking frame for your use during class • Rug hooking tools for your use during class • A selection of dyed and undyed wool fabrics woven especially for rug hooking and wool yarn appropriate for rug hooking for you to use to create your mat. • Use of a Honeydoo Rug Cutter during class to cut your strips of wool for hooking. A colorful selection of rug yarn for you to incorporate into your design. Rug Hooking is a craft that began out of necessity (coverings for cold floors) in a time when the United States was a fledgling country and only the wealthy could afford to have rugs for their homes brought over by ship from England. Using burlap flour sacks as the backing and scraps of worn clothes as the filler, these early Americans covered their floors and other surfaces with beautiful rugs. It's a simple craft -- pulling a fabric strip up through a backing fabric into a loop (many, many times) until the backing fabric is completely covered – that can produce many different styles of art. Come join the fun!

I stay on your foot they don’t slip in your shoe
Number of Items: 3, Color: White/Neutral (3-pairs), Size: Medium
This is the only socks I wear Under Armour because they stay in place I wear a size 8, but they’re more comfortable with a large instead of a medium, but I wear both because I have them already and you can pull them to stretch them out a little bit
