Dutch ÒBelschnikelÓ (who doles out gifts and punishment to children good and bad respectively) to tell a timely holiday story. ÒWillie,Ó a benevolent, but mischievous character, is also drawn from myth, inspired by Charon, ferryman of Hades in Greek mythology.
