Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same packaging with the tag attached. 

All returns are subject to a 10% fee in order to cover PayPal processing and return fees. The buyer is also responsible for any return shipping fees.

You will need to send the jewelry you wish to exchange back to us at Vince Jewelers 618 E Marine Corps Drive Hagatna, Guam 96910 with USPS. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. When the items are received, we will notify you. If there is a price difference, we will send you a link to complete payment for the price difference plus $10 for return shipping. If there is no price difference, we will send you a link to pay a $10 shipping fee for the return of your exchange. Finally, we will prepare the exchanged jewelry for shipment and email you a shipment notification.

I've used these for years, and the only time I've had to replace them is when one gets lost in the hay field. I highly suggest these as replacements for the common tennis balls.

The green balls are softer, and glow in the dark. In summer we can play well past dusk and I can see them! Her personality shows in the pictures. Playing ball is part of her. These balls are just perfect for her situation. Somehow they disappear, she loves making baskets, puts them in my tractor bucket, or my gardening bucket..then get put in burn pile, trash etc. I keep replacing them because she’d look day and night if we actually ran out!! 🙏✝️👍🏼👍🏼
