With her honeyed vocals and whimsical sensibility, the Newcastle-born 21-year old Beth Jeans Houghton and her band the Hooves of Destiny quickly became "Ones to Watch" in their native UK, particularly after a fabled stage appearance with Devendra Banhart, support slots for Bon Iver and an EP released in 2009. Dubbed as "a legend in the making" by NME and hailed as "the new Jean Genie" by the Independent (UK), Beth + the Hooves are often described as sparkly Acid/Psych-Folk. Beth's also become known for eccentric stage costumes, flamboyant wigs, striking photographs and an ever-changing appearance. Compared to Florence, Natasha Khan, Laura Marling and Vashti Bunyan, Beth is actually incomparably unique and stands to make a huge impression on the musical landscape with this debut album.

Love them

Both of my dogs love chewing on this toy. In fact, I had to order a second one because they kept fighting over the first! It has definitely been a big hit with both of them. I have a Boston Terrier mix and Shitzu.

My puppy loves all of these toys, as those one of my older dogs. They are adorable and a good size for a small medium puppy. I recommend them, but they can chew some of the small pieces/nubs/ends so just be careful.

From Puppy Teething to Adult Favorite – 7 Years Later

This has been one of the best toys I’ve ever bought! My dog has loved the Pupstages Cool Teething Stick since she was a tiny puppy, and now at 7 years old, it’s still one of her absolute favorites. It’s been amazing for soothing teething when she was little, and now she still enjoys chewing on it and carrying it around.
It’s held up surprisingly well over the years, especially considering how much use it’s gotten. I also love that you can cool it for extra relief—it really helped during those puppy stages.
If you’re looking for a toy that lasts and actually becomes a long-term favorite, this is definitely it. Highly recommend for both puppies and even older dogs who still love a good chew! 🐶
