Dakota Lithium Powerbox 60 Waterproof Mobile Power Station with 1,000 CCA Starting Power, 720Wh Deep Cycle Battery, AC Outlets, and USB Charging

Some power stations are built for clean, dry, easy conditions. This one is not.

The Dakota Lithium Powerbox 60 is built for people who need reliable power in the kinds of places that ruin ordinary gear. Whether you are on the water, off the grid, at camp, on a job site, or dealing with an emergency, this waterproof and submersible mobile power station is designed to keep working when conditions get rough.

At the core of the Powerbox 60 is a Dakota Lithium Plus 12V 60Ah dual-purpose LiFePO4 battery, delivering 720 watt-hours of deep cycle energy along with engine-starting power equivalent to 1,000 cold cranking amps. That means this is not just a battery box and not just a power station. It is a versatile field-ready power source that can jump start vehicles, run trolling motors, charge electronics, and power small appliances from a rugged case built for real outdoor use.

If you are tired of fragile power gear, limited runtime, or power stations that cannot handle wet environments, this is the kind of product that makes a lot more sense.

Built for water, weather, and hard use

A lot of power stations need to be protected from the very environments where you actually want portable power. The Powerbox 60 is built for the opposite.

With an IP67 waterproof rating, this unit is submersible to 3 feet for up to 30 minutes. It is also designed to float, with roughly 46% of its mass staying above the waterline. That is a big deal for anyone using power around boats, docks, wet camps, flooded ground, or field environments where water exposure is not just possible, but likely.

This is one of the clearest reasons the Powerbox 60 stands out. It is built for outdoor reality, not just ideal conditions.

Jump start vehicles and run deep cycle loads from one box

Versatility is where this unit really earns its place.

Inside the case is a dual-purpose 12V 60Ah lithium battery designed to do two jobs well. It delivers the equivalent of 1,000 CCA for engine starting, making it suitable for jump starting cars, boats, and other gasoline engine applications. It also provides 60Ah of deep cycle power for electronics, accessories, and longer-duration energy use.

That combination gives you a lot more flexibility than a basic jump pack or a basic portable battery box. Instead of carrying separate gear for starting power and deep cycle power, you get both in one ruggedized system.

For boaters, that can mean starting an engine and powering electronics. For outdoor users, it can mean backup starting power plus portable energy for devices and equipment. For emergency use, it can mean one box that covers a lot of problems fast.

720Wh of portable power for devices, tools, and small appliances

A power station like this needs to do more than start engines. It also needs to keep your essential gear running when there is no outlet in sight.

With 720 watt-hours of energy storage, the Powerbox 60 can power or charge a wide range of devices, including:

  • phones
  • laptops
  • cameras
  • TVs
  • portable fridges
  • medical devices
  • power tools

It includes 2 AC wall plugs and 6 USB ports, giving you plenty of flexibility for both personal electronics and practical field gear. Whether you are trying to keep communication devices charged, run a small appliance, or support a remote work or camp setup, the Powerbox 60 gives you more usable output options than a simple battery box ever could.

Waterproof high-amp connections for serious use

One of the more practical features on the Powerbox 60 is the inclusion of waterproof binder posts for high-amp applications.

These posts allow you to connect trolling motors, jumper cables, and other high-draw accessories without compromising the waterproof seal of the case. That is the kind of design choice that matters when the product is actually going to be used outdoors, on boats, or in unpredictable conditions.

It is easy to overlook this kind of detail until you need it. Then it becomes one of the reasons you are glad you bought the right unit.

Rugged case with field-serviceable design

Most consumer power stations are sealed gadgets. Once something goes wrong, that is the end of the story. The Powerbox 60 takes a different approach.

It is built with a ruggedized, military-spec plastic case and a shockproof battery cradle designed for harsher handling and tougher environments. It is also fully field maintainable, which is a major advantage for people using gear on long trips, remote worksites, expeditions, or repeated outdoor deployments.

That serviceability matters. It means this is built more like field equipment and less like disposable electronics.

Thoughtful storage and interior protection

Dakota Lithium also added practical details that make the Powerbox 60 more usable in the field.

Inside, there is a ballistic nylon storage bag with 3 zippered pockets for organizing gear and accessories. It also includes a removable, washable, anti-static silicone electronics tray that helps protect and organize internal components.

These are not flashy features, but they matter in real use. Better organization, cleaner maintenance, and easier access all add up when the unit is part of your regular kit.

Long cycle life with less weight and less hassle

One of the biggest reasons people move to lithium is getting away from the bulk, weight, and short life of lead-acid batteries. The Powerbox 60 delivers that upgrade in a meaningful way.

This battery is built with LiFePO4 chemistry, giving it up to 5,000 cycles while retaining up to 80% of capacity. Dakota also positions it as offering twice the power, half the weight, and up to 8 times longer life than comparable lead-acid batteries.

At just 27 pounds, it stays relatively easy to move while still delivering real starting power and deep cycle energy. That makes a big difference for mobile setups where every pound matters and every extra piece of gear becomes a hassle.

Built-in battery protection for safer operation

Reliable power is not just about capacity. It is also about the protections that keep the system operating safely.

The Powerbox 60 includes an active Battery Management System that helps manage cell balancing and protect against low voltage, high voltage, short circuits, and temperature-related issues. It also prevents charging below freezing and includes defined temperature cutoffs for discharge and high-heat conditions.

That kind of built-in protection adds confidence for users depending on the system in remote or demanding settings where battery failure is more than just an inconvenience.

Fast charging and ready-to-use convenience

This unit includes a 12V 10A LiFePO4 charger, so you have what you need to recharge and get back in service. For users who value convenience, that included charger helps make the Powerbox 60 more ready to use out of the box instead of turning into another project with add-on components.

The product also mentions rapid charging capability, which speaks to the overall flexibility of the battery system for users who want shorter turnaround between uses.

Why customers choose the Dakota Lithium Powerbox 60

Customers looking at the Powerbox 60 are usually trying to solve a real-world problem. They need power that survives water, weather, rough handling, and remote use. They want one unit that can do more than one job. They want gear that feels dependable, not delicate.

This unit stands out because it brings together the things that actually matter in the field:

  • Waterproof and submersible IP67-rated design
  • Floats on water for marine and outdoor use
  • 1,000 CCA-equivalent starting power
  • 60Ah of deep cycle lithium capacity
  • 720Wh of portable energy storage
  • 2 AC outlets and 6 USB ports for flexible charging
  • Waterproof binder posts for high-amp connections
  • Ruggedized military-spec case with shockproof cradle
  • Fully field maintainable design

Ideal for

The Dakota Lithium Powerbox 60 is a strong fit for:

  • boating and marine use
  • trolling motor power
  • jump starting cars, boats, and other gasoline engines
  • camping and overlanding
  • emergency preparedness and backup power
  • field operations and remote work
  • hunting cabins and off-grid recreation
  • charging electronics and running small appliances outdoors

If you only need a basic battery box for light occasional use in dry, controlled conditions, this may be more system than you need. But if you want a portable power station that can handle water, shock, starting power, device charging, and long-term field use, this is the kind of product that makes sense.

It is built for people who need power where ordinary gear quits.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
This was a very captivating book once you got into it thoroughly. But the third person perspective was a bit hard to get used to. But as you got into it and followed the different characters, it was interesting and filled with intrigue, conflict and forbidden love. I can’t wait to read the next one and to complete the series.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.
