How to Apply:
- Clean and dry skin.
- Remove protective clear sheet.
- Place tattoo face down and wet thoroughly with a damp cloth.
- Hold for 30 seconds, then peel away backing.
- Rinse lightly with water for best effect.
To Remove:
Saturate with rubbing alcohol or baby oil, wait 10 seconds, then rub away with a cotton ball.
