With their simple design and professional quality, they're still the favorite of bike mechanics around the world. Each Park Tool is made in the USA, and is heat treated and nickel plated for long service. Park Tool spoke wrenches are color coded/vinyl dipped to indicate the size at a glance.
• Black: SW-0 for 0.127" (3.23mm) nipples.
• Green: SW-1 for 0.130" (3.30mm) nipples.
• Red: SW-2 for 0.136” (3.45mm) nipples.
Black: Sized for spoke nipples with 3.23 mm (0.127") wrench flats
This size is often found on higher-end bikes
Typical compatible nipple brands include DT Swiss, Sapim, Wheelsmith, Pillar, and many others — always measure to be sure
Green: Sized for spoke nipples with 3.30 mm (0.130") wrench flats
This size is typically found on older American-made bicycles, including many vintage Schwinn models and wheels built with Union or Torrington spokes. It is not as common on modern bicycles — always measure to be sure
Red: Sized for spoke nipples with 3.45 mm (0.136") wrench flats
This size is often found on most department store bikes, as well as many other low-to-midrange bikes — always measure to be sure
