Lowe auger bits are high quality products designed with specific applications in mind.
A few standard points.....
- 4' bits are usually used with Skid Steer Loaders, Compact Track Loaders and Excavators. The TJ-100 can also us 4' bits
- 3' are usually used with mini loaders or the BP150 auger drive
- Hex shafts are the "new" industry standard
SQ SERIES
The SQ auger bits are an excellent combination of performance and price. These bits are designed for standard duty digging in light to moderate ground conditions. They feature a fabricated boring head, bolt on teeth, heavy duty double wrap flighting, hardened fishtail point and it round or hex shaft.
- We price theses bits with standard dirt teeth. Carbide cutting teeth are an option. Please call if you want carbide teeth.
TSQ SERIES
These bits are designed with smaller diameter flighting on the bottom. This design leaves space for root balls, fertilizer or peat. These bit are known as tree and shrub bits.

RSQ SERIES
The RSQ auger bits offer a way to dig holes in fracturable rock and coral applications. Using conical carbide teeth and a choice of center points that include fishtail, carbide stepped, and carbide wrapped allow these augers to dig where other flat tooth augers cannot. Shafts available with 2" hex or 2-5/16" tops.
- We price the rock bit with conical carbide cutting teeth and center point. There are other options that are cheaper like: standard heat treated center point with conical cutting teeth or stepped carbide point and conical carbide center point. Please call if you want either one of these options.

Great for pm at the park!
This is alot like Nite Eyez but not as good but if you have never used Nite Eyez you will love this!! I have an am. staff that i take to the park at night so she can run around without the fear of a dog running up on her (she doesn't like that) and this ball is great! Stays lit and changes colors and it she cant destroy it!

Works Great!
This is a new version of an old style that was the best most durable, and long lasting night time balls!!! They stay on long enough for me to find if my lab cant find it. (We have an acre backyard and in ground swimming pool) sometimes I have to retrieve it. Stays on and auto shuts off after inactivity. They ARE waterproof and we play in the pool with them on night swims. My lab is very hard on balls, very few hold hold up to his chomping on them. Great balls!!

not worth the cost
I love these balls for night time ball playing but they dont last. The last 4 Ive bought havent worked well or lasted more than a month. They were once worth the money

Great Idea but they will let you down eventually
I have used these for years during the winter. The price has nearly tripled but the longevity is the same. I normally purchase three with one being a spare. Within a few weeks they start going. I switch batteries etc but normally that does not help. Its a great idea and my dogs love them but they dont hold up to 10 minutes of play each nite. We do not throw them either, I roll them or kick them as my dogs are older
