Hard-hitting thermogenic energy with GlycoCarn® and multi-source caffeine.

OxyShred Hardcore is a high-stim thermogenic powder aimed at making a calorie cut easier by boosting your energy feel, sharpening your mind, and hitting fat burning from a few angles plus better workout push. It's not a super clean, fully open-label fat loss setup. It's all about that noticeable buzz and heat first, with backup ingredients built around it.

The key thing you can count on is caffeine. From what we've checked online, it's about 275-285mg total per scoop, with 250mg from caffeine anhydrous and extra from guarana seed extract and probably green coffee bean extract. That's a real stim punch. Caffeine blocks adenosine receptors, which cuts how tired you feel and ramps up alertness, drive for training, and calorie burn. Bottom line, this is what hits you first: quicker brain wake-up, stronger workout vibe, and more obvious warmth.

It backs that up with L-tyrosine and taurine. L-tyrosine helps make stuff like dopamine and norepinephrine, which fits in a high-energy, stim-packed mix where staying sharp mentally is as big as the raw power. Taurine helps with cell hydration and muscle-nerve work, often making heavy caffeine products feel smoother.

For carnitine, it has Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl and GlycoCarn®. Acetyl-L-carnitine shows up in fat loss and focus blends because it helps move fatty acids and gets into your brain easier than plain L-carnitine. GlycoCarn® is the patented glycine-propionyl-L-carnitine form from Sigma-Tau HealthScience, and it stands out becau

Key Highlights

  • Around 275-285mg total caffeine per scoop is what gives OxyShred Hardcore its bold vibe. With 250mg from caffeine anhydrous plus more from guarana and green coffee, it's for folks who want a bigger thermogenic punch than your average daily fat burner.
  • 250mg caffeine anhydrous is a solid dose for energy, staying alert, and pushing through workouts. It really helps cut that tired feeling and gets you ready for cardio or lifts, especially when you're eating less and motivation dips.
  • Having caffeine from different sources makes a difference in how it feels. The anhydrous stuff comes on quick, while guarana and green coffee smooth it out so it's not just a one-note buzz.
  • GlycoCarn® is the real deal patented ingredient, not just fancy labeling. As glycine-propionyl-L-carnitine, it's used in performance supps for nitric oxide help, better blood flow, and fighting fatigue, making this thermogenic feel more gym-ready than basic stim ones.
  • Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl brings another carnitine angle with fat burning and brain perks. It's popular in cut supps because it aids fat use as fuel and matches the sharp, focused mindset you want when calories are low.
  • L-Tyrosine boosts the focus side instead of just more stims. It helps make catecholamines, keeping your mental game strong when tough workouts, low food, and caffeine are stressing your system.
  • Taurine fits great in a high-stim thermogenic—it helps with hydration and nerve-muscle function. In use, it makes the whole thing feel cleaner and less scattered than pure caffeine mixes.
  • Bitter orange fruit extract pairs classic with caffeine for that thermogenic edge. This duo is common in cut supps because it ramps up calorie burn and hunger control harder than just vitamins and greens boosters.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned dieters in a real calorie cut needing energy and workout intensity help. The caffeine setup, bitter orange, and carnitine are for when feeling flat, tired, and unmotivated is your cut killer.
  • Morning fasted trainers wanting a thermogenic that works as pre-cardio or lift energy. Caffeine anhydrous, guarana, green coffee, L-tyrosine, and taurine team up for a bigger wake-up than soft boosters.
  • Bodybuilders tightening up who need hunger control, daily activity push, and gym sharpness. OxyShred Hardcore suits folks wanting a tougher fat burner over stim-free comp aids.
  • Busy workers dropping fat with long days and little recovery. It's handy for that one scoop to switch on training, cardio, or mental staying power in a deficit.
  • High-stim pre users after a cut formula with similar vibe but more thermogenic focus. Multi-caffeine plus bitter orange and evodiamine make it diet-aimed over plain pre-workout.
  • Cardio fans doing walks, HIIT, circuits, or bootcamps where energy and sweat count. The stim profile fits sessions where effort builds fast and mindset is key.

How to Use

Start with half a scoop to test tolerance, especially if high-stims are new to you lately. Full scoop goes 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or busy times, matching how the caffeine absorbs and starts. Mix in cold water with a shaker for easy blending and nicer taste; more water can mellow flavor without weakening the buzz. Empty stomach or light meal gets it working fastest, bigger food slows it down and softens it. Don't mix casually with coffee, energy drinks, or stim pre-workouts—caffeine adds up quick. It pairs great with non-stim basics like creatine, electrolytes, and good protein. Tolerance builds, so cycle off after weeks or save for training days. Skip late-day use, and keep it sealed cool and dry for freshness.

What to Expect

First 10 minutes, you'll know you took something real, especially empty stomach. Around 10-20 minutes, caffeine anhydrous usually starts with more alertness, clearer head, and a bit of warmth. 20-40 minutes in, it's peaking—cardio feels doable, workout drive is up, and the mix of caffeine, bitter orange, tyrosine, and taurine clicks best. 40-90 minutes, energy holds strong thanks to guarana and green coffee avoiding a quick drop. First week, it's all about feeling more consistent in training and diet. Weeks 2-4, the win is in habits: more sessions done, less skipping, better deficit sticking. Doses aren't all listed, so we can't claim big buildup effects for sure.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in OxyShred Hardcore per serving?

Verified web-sourced formula context places OxyShred Hardcore at roughly 275-285mg total caffeine per serving. The bulk comes from 250mg caffeine anhydrous, with additional caffeine from guarana seed extract and likely a smaller amount from green coffee bean extract.

Is OxyShred Hardcore stronger than regular OxyShred?

Yes. OxyShred Hardcore is positioned as the more aggressive, higher-stimulant version, with a stronger caffeine profile and a more assertive thermogenic feel. It is intended for experienced users who want more energy and intensity during a cut.

What does GlycoCarn® do in this formula?

GlycoCarn® is the patented glycine-propionyl-L-carnitine form from Sigma-Tau HealthScience. It is commonly used to support blood flow, nitric oxide activity, and exercise performance, which gives OxyShred Hardcore a more athletic edge than a basic caffeine-only fat burner.

Can I use OxyShred Hardcore as a pre-workout?

Many users do, especially for cardio or cutting-phase resistance training. The caffeine, tyrosine, taurine, and huperzia-containing focus support can make it feel pre-workout-like, but it is still formulated primarily as a thermogenic, not a full-spectrum pump or strength pre-workout.

Should beginners use OxyShred Hardcore?

Usually no, or only very cautiously at a half serving. The stimulant load is substantial, and the formula is better suited to users who already know they tolerate high-caffeine thermogenics well.

Why does the formula feel more complete than some retail listings?

Competitive landscape data indicates some marketplace versions are missing ingredients such as GlycoCarn®, taurine, green coffee bean extract, guarana seed extract, and Huperzia serrata extract. Those ingredients materially influence the formula’s energy curve, focus feel, and performance support.

Is the chromium dose meaningful here?

The visible micronutrient listing shows chromium at 1mcg, which is far below the 200-1000mcg range commonly studied for glucose and insulin support. There is also separate chromium picolinate listed without a disclosed amount, so transparency is limited and the effective chromium contribution cannot be verified confidently.

Will OxyShred Hardcore actually burn fat on its own?

No fat burner replaces a calorie deficit. What this formula does well is increase energy, training drive, and thermogenic feel so you can maintain output and adherence more effectively while dieting.

Can I stack OxyShred Hardcore with coffee or another stim pre-workout?

That is generally not recommended unless you are carefully tracking total stimulant intake. Since one serving already provides roughly 275-285mg total caffeine plus bitter orange extract, adding more stimulants can push side effects higher quickly.

When is the best time to take OxyShred Hardcore?

Take it 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or the most demanding part of your day. Avoid late-evening use because the multi-source caffeine profile can interfere with sleep.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
