Colore rosso rubino intenso. Al naso è complesso, con profumo di frutta rossa matura, piccoli frutti di bosco, note speziate e boisé. In bocca ha tannini evoluti, aromi profondi che spaziano dalla frutta alle note terziarie. Il finale è lungo e persistente.

Il Toscana Rosso IGT "Vignanova" di Paterna è un rosso importante, strutturato, con un buon potenziale dinvecchiamento. Dopo la fermentazione con lunga macerazione sulle bucce e frequenti rimontaggi, il vino matura in barriques di secondo e terzo passaggio per dodici mesi. Viene poi imbottigliato dopo due anni dalla vendemmia e prosegue laffinamento in cantina per circa un anno prima della commercializzazione. Un vino perfetto per chi ama i rossi intensi e complessi.

Vino di bella struttura, da abbinare a secondi piatti i carni rosse arrosto o con la selvaggina.
