This pair of 1960 Chevy Impala 4-Door Upper Spear Front Door Molding Clips are a replacement of the original clips. GM initially pressed mild steel clips into the moldings but over time they deteriorated since they were not stainless. These clips are intended to replace the existing clips if they have broken studs. In order for these clips to work you will need to remove the old clips from the molding to ensure that these clips can slide into place. You will need to do some work with the clip/molding as the moldings were not made to receive clips in this way.
