HOW TO USE: Apply pigment with a dry brush or spritz brush with Prep-Set-Glow depending on the desired effect. For an intense look, apply using fingers.
PRO TIP: Using the M124 Firm Shadow Brush, dip into shade and tap in the center of upper and lower lip for an ICONIC holographic pout!
