Overview

The Armaspec Sound Mitigation Buffer™ Gen3 (SMB™) H2 is a single-stage captured drop-in replacement for your standard AR-15 buffer and spring. Silent operation. Adjustable spring tension. H2 weight for forced reset trigger and Super Safety compatibility. Lifetime warranty. 100% USA made — all for $59.99.

This is the perfect blend of engineering and value for any AR-15 build running a forced reset trigger, Super Safety, or drop-in FRT system. You get the heavy buffer weight your FRT demands, silent captured spring operation that eliminates buffer tube rattle and spring noise, and full adjustability — in one drop-in unit that costs the same as a standard buffer.

$59.99  ·  H2 Heavy Weight  ·  Silent Captured System  ·  Lifetime Warranty  ·  100% USA Made
FRT & Super Safety Compatible: The SMB Gen3 H2 meets the H2 minimum weight threshold (4.7 oz equivalent) required for reliable operation with forced reset triggers and Super Safeties on AR-15 platforms. Works with the Partisan Disruptor FRT, AS Designs ARC-Fire V2, Hoffman Tactical Super Safety, and any other drop-in forced reset system on a standard AR-15 platform.

Why Silent Matters on a Forced Reset Trigger Build

A standard buffer spring rattles against the inner wall of the buffer tube every time the BCG cycles. On a normal AR-15 running a standard mil-spec trigger, that noise is just background — annoying but inconsequential. On a forced reset trigger or Super Safety build where you're cycling at significantly higher rates of fire, that rattle compounds with every cycle, the tube heats up faster, and spring fatigue comes earlier.

The SMB Gen3 eliminates that entirely. The polymer guide rod keeps the spring centered and off the tube wall throughout the entire cycling stroke — forward and rearward. Quieter operation, less heat transfer to the tube, and a spring that maintains consistent tension longer because it's not being abraded against a steel tube on every cycle.

You get all of that plus the H2 heavy weight your forced reset trigger or Super Safety requires — at the price of a standard buffer. There is no better value in an AR-15 FRT buffer at $59.99.

Running a suppressed build or a carbine under 16"? Consider stepping up to the SMB Gen3 H3 — the additional weight helps manage the increased gas volume and faster cycling that suppressed or short-gas builds generate with a forced reset trigger.

Installation

  • Insert polymer base with guide rod into the buffer tube
  • Insert the spring onto the guide rod
  • Insert the buffer over the spring

No tools required. Drop-in replacement for any standard AR-15 carbine buffer tube setup.

Epic!!!!
Format: Kindle
Absolutely addicted from the first page. The twists and turns, world building and character development all come together for the perfect Omegaverse. And let's not forget that spice because knots are life and these are spectacular. Running for book #2 because that cliffhanger was torturous.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.
