Version 9.1.4 (published 2022) of the Canadian French edition of “Soins de longue durée en établissement (SLD) interRAI, manuel de l’utilisateur et formulaire d’évaluation" contains errata updates from the previous version 9.1.2.1 (published 2021) so it is now aligned with its English counterpart (also version 9.1.4). This edition is translated from the English "interRAI Long-Term Care Facilities (LTCF) Assessment Form and User’s Manual." The SLD Assessment System is a comprehensive, standardized system for evaluating the needs, strengths, and preferences of persons in chronic care and nursing home institutional settings. Completing an SLD assessment enables a health care provider to assess key domains of function, mental and physical health, social support, and service use.

This book contains introductory material, an item-by-item guide for using the assessment form, and the assessment form itself. The Canadian French edition has been customized for Canada, and the French language used in this publication is native to Canada.

Base seemed nice coming out of the box. Good size, though double check it will work for your needs as my mistake it was just a bit too big. Filled with water, it is a decent base to utilize with an umbrella I feel. Not sure if others' bases had this, too, but mine has some kind of object rolling around the side. No way to get it out. Not sure if when the hole is drilled into the top, it's from that? Also, when filling with water, there were unpleasant fumes coming out. Water mixing with the rubber material on the inside? All that said, for the price, this is a good option to consider for an umbrella base.
