No-stim physique help with clear micronutrients and energy boosters

Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Equipose 60CT is in its own category—not a pump product, not a stim-packed pre, and not a plain multi. It's built as a hormone-focused physique supp with a wide micronutrient and metabolism base. From the label, you've got vitamins, B-complex for energy help, thyroid minerals, and extras like alpha-keto glutarate, bilberry extract, black currant, and choline bitartrate. Some of those extras don't show amounts, so it's hard to nail down exact strength.

On micronutrients, there's Vitamin A at 3,000 IU from beta-carotene, Vitamin C at 200 mg, Vitamin E at 60 IU, and Vitamin K at 16 mcg. That's a basic layer for antioxidants and general support. Vitamin C and E fight oxidative stress from tough workouts, while Vitamin K helps with calcium and bone stuff. These aren't huge doses for performance boosts, but they help with recovery and filling gaps.

The B vitamins really shine for energy. Thiamine at 5.8 mg helps turn carbs into fuel via coenzymes in the Krebs cycle—that's the body's energy factory. Usual supp doses are 10-50 mg, so 5.8 mg beats diet basics but isn't super high. Riboflavin at 6 mg, niacinamide at 12 mg, vitamin B6 at 6 mg, folate at 133.3 mcg, vitamin B12 at 40 mcg, biotin at 100 mcg, and pantothenic acid at 9 mg build a strong team for making ATP, supporting red blood cells, and handling amino acids. Niacinamide specifically serves as a precursor to NAD+, a central molecule in cellular energy production, b

Key Highlights

  • No stims here—zero caffeine, yohimbine, or anything that messes with sleep. Great for evening workouts or anyone who wants real physique support without the crash.
  • Solid B-vitamin lineup—thiamine 5.8 mg, riboflavin 6 mg, niacinamide 12 mg, vitamin B6 6 mg, folate 133.3 mcg, vitamin B12 40 mcg, biotin 100 mcg, and pantothenic acid 9 mg. These turn your food into real energy, not just a stim buzz.
  • Niacinamide at 12 mg helps with NAD+ without the skin flush. It supports energy and cell repair—solid nutrition dose, not mega-therapeutic.
  • Thiamine at 5.8 mg kicks carbs into ATP mode through key enzymes. Perfect if you're carb-fueled and want better energy during heavy sessions.
  • Iodine 78 mcg and selenium 30 mcg team up smart. Iodine builds thyroid hormones, selenium helps convert them and protects the thyroid with antioxidants.
  • Zinc at 8 mg supports enzymes, immune stuff, and hormones. Not a huge dose, but it adds real value for hard trainers.
  • Vitamin C 200 mg and Vitamin E 60 IU give basic antioxidant protection for recovery. Pair them with bilberry and black currant for better stress handling from training.
  • Bilberry extract and black currant add anthocyanins for antioxidants and circulation. Strength depends on dose, but labels don't say how much.

Who Is This For?

  • Advanced bodybuilders in a lean-gain phase wanting no-stim hormone support over basic gym stuff. Clear vitamin-mineral base covers metabolism and antioxidants for physique pushes, not just a buzz.
  • Seasoned lifters hitting evenings who skip caffeine for better sleep. Supplies B vits, zinc, selenium, iodine for metabolism without the recovery hit.
  • Guys with basics like protein, creatine, electrolytes covered, adding specialized physique help. Fits if you know how support stacks in, not as a replacement.
  • Strength and size chasers in planned cycles who like tablets over powders. Easy for daily use, travel, splitting doses—key for support supps.
  • Label readers wanting some transparency over big prop blends. Vitamins and minerals are exact, so you can check even if extras aren't.
  • Athletes after moderate thyroid support from iodine and selenium, not huge doses. Good for basic mineral help in training.

How to Use

Follow the label exactly on servings—this category isn't for winging it. Tablets and stim-free, so with meals for comfort and routine. Split across day if suggested, not all at once. Don't time for pre-workout rush; it's daily support. New to this? Start slow, check how you feel before stacking. Goes well with creatine, protein, electrolytes, fish oil. Don't mix with other hormone stuff blindly. Store cool and dry, lid tight, and use daily for a full phase.

What to Expect

First 0-30 mins: Not much feel—no stims, not a pre. Neutral with food; sensitive to minerals? Eat with it. 1-6 hours: No peak; just nutrients working. Days 1-7: Builds routine, especially if your nutrients were spotty. Weeks 2-4: Judge it here—B vits, minerals, antioxidants support your block. Not for stim kicks; for steady training layers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Equipose 60CT contain stimulants or caffeine?

No declared stimulants are present in the verified formula data, and the product is categorized as stim-free. That means you should not expect the rush, jitters, or sleep disruption associated with caffeine-based pre-workouts.

Is Equipose 60CT a pre-workout?

Not in the traditional sense. It does not look like a pump or stimulant pre-workout formula; it is better understood as a daily physique-support product with a vitamin, mineral, and specialty support matrix.

What do the B vitamins in Equipose actually do?

The B-vitamin complex supports energy metabolism at the cellular level. Thiamine helps carbohydrate metabolism, niacinamide contributes to NAD+ production, and B6, B12, folate, riboflavin, and pantothenic acid support the enzyme systems involved in making ATP and processing nutrients.

Why are iodine and selenium included together?

That pairing reflects sound formulation logic. Iodine is required for thyroid hormone synthesis, while selenium supports enzymes involved in thyroid hormone conversion and antioxidant protection within thyroid tissue.

Is the magnesium in this formula high quality?

Magnesium is included as magnesium oxide, which is one of the weaker forms for systemic absorption. It contributes some magnesium, but it is not the form most clinicians would choose if magnesium repletion were a primary goal.

Are all active ingredients fully disclosed by dose?

No. The vitamin and mineral doses are disclosed, but alpha-keto glutarate, bilberry extract, black currant, and choline bitartrate do not have listed amounts in the verified formula data, so this is only partially transparent.

Will I feel this product right away?

Probably not in the way you would feel a caffeine pre-workout. This formula is more about ongoing support—metabolic cofactors, trace minerals, and antioxidant coverage—than an immediate perception-based effect.

Can I stack Equipose 60CT with creatine and protein?

Yes, that is a logical stack. Creatine covers phosphocreatine replenishment for performance, protein supports muscle repair and growth, and Equipose adds a daily support layer with vitamins, minerals, and specialty cofactors.

Who should be cautious with this product?

Anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing women, people with hormone-sensitive conditions, those on thyroid medication, and individuals taking blood thinners should speak with a qualified clinician before use. This category deserves more caution than standard wellness supplements.

Is this good for evening training?

Yes, especially compared with stimulant-heavy products. Because there are no declared stimulants, it avoids the common problem of training well late in the day but sleeping poorly afterward.

Vintage Castle
Garth Ennis renders one of his hectic stories with Frank Castle coming back to his origins. The first story deploys Frank's childhood and the unexpected consequences of it later on. I humbly believe the second part(The cell), is the best of this issue. It narrates the ultimate vengeance of Castle against those who took the lifes of his family, several years ago in the middle of a shooting at day light in Central Park. A mention must be done of the art in The Cell. The pencils of Lewis Larosa, the Inks & Finishes of Scott Koblish and Raúl Treviño's colors, leave nothing to desire and accomplish to portrait that classic look of Castle as a somewhat mature/old man still capable of hell when it comes to seek revenge for his family. The End, however, which puts Castle in a dystopian future of a post-nuclear bombing, fails to blend smoothly Garth Ennis' script with the caricaturesque art from Richard Corben and Lee Loughridge. There is a dissonance between this very old Frank Castle in an apocalyptic environment and the drawings that for some reason maintain a gap with previous artists. As a whole, From First to Last is totally worthy. Garth Ennis is back to team with Castle and that's all what counts. Cristián Gómez O.

This Is the Punisher
Format: Kindle
Punisher was supposed to be just a villain of the month, but there was always something there. Marvel never quite knew what to do with him, but Frank Castle had staying power. He still doesn’t fit into the Marvel universe, and he certainly doesn’t fit into the MCU, and these stories show exactly why. This is a great character and when handled correctly you get stories that stay with you. Garth Ennis knew how to tell those stories. I hope one day someone else will come along and give us more.

Punisher Max From First to Last
3 hardcore stories about Punisher when he was a kid, when he gets himself sent to Rikers to get the guys most responsible for killing his family, and after a nuclear war destroys the planet. So you seem him from being around 10 years old until he's a very old and dying from radiation. There is almost nobody left alive but there is still some evil that needs to be punished.
