Questo Pecorino, nato da uve coltivate secondo i dettami dell'agricoltura biodinamica, è ottenuto senza chiarifiche e filtrazioni ed è un vino energico, rinfrancante e appassionato.
Ottimo per accompagnare fritture di mare e verdure grigliate, si sposa bene anche con formaggi saportiti.
